We wear blue, yellow or white uniforms to school, so we were not able to celebrate St Patrick's day by wearing green. So, we did something different. We made "lepriCAKES" in class (pancakes that were colored green!). WHAT A FUN EXPERIENCE!!! We were able to see how everything we do involves math, reading, writing and science. Read about how valuable this lesson was!

Last we got to eat the Lepricakes.The lepricakes were so good!
Did you know that we made lepricakes!!! The first thing we saw mrs,Lickfeld mix the pancake mix with water. Then the pancake mix terd into a liquid so then mrs,Lickfeld fryed it on the pan boom!!! We saw bubbles on the lepricakes so we was talking all about it she said what makes a liqud tern in a solid and I said the heet!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI learned how to make Lepricakes! I learned how to make the recipe for the Lepricakes! I learned that the baking soda makes stuff grow. First the Lepricakes was a solid then it was a liquid then it was a solid again because we cooked the Lepricakes thats how it turned into a solid again.
ReplyDeleteI learned about the recipee of green lepricakes.It is tree cups of pancake mix.And 2 aut of 4 cups of watr.And 10 drops of food colrin.The pancakes was a liqid but thin it turned into a solid because we coketd it.
ReplyDeleteOne day we made lepricake.Frist we got a color food and put it on the pancake mix's.The pancake tune green. Wind you are dond you put it on the letchitcookie.Mrs.Lickfeid put it on the letchitcookie an it get's hot an you can eat it. At the end I laeran about cookieing an liqud,solad.

One day we were learning about pane cakes then Mrs lickfeld said lets make some pane cakes we said ok Mrs lickfeld then she brot the stuff in and she started to do it. Then she put a five little drops of little green coler. Then she told me to put five drops and i did it. I folowd the derecshens then she did the pane cakes. then we ate some pane cakes. And we ate more. Some ate three or some ate two of them. We ate them all ther were no more of the pane cakes. Then we started to clean up the class room we cleaned it so it would be soso clean.
ReplyDeleteThe other day we baked green LEPRICAKES.Gess what it was sant pattreks day.It was the best day of my life.I have never had green lepricakes.We had to write about green lepricakes. We got to eat green lepricakes.It tast just like lepricakes. I realy liked green lepricakes .I said it was yummy in my tummy.We got to have to lepri cakes! I got to have 1 in a half lepricakes.It was so good I whanted more but we had no more.My teacher said if you do not finish your writing you would not go out side.I finished all my writing and I got to go out side.The lepricakes was realy called pancakes.We had to put the ingreadeints on my writing.Every body got to eat green lepricakes.First it was a liquid then it changed to a soilid. Inside of it there was gas.I learned so much about soilid liquid and gas.It was fun talling you all about lepricakes have a graet st.Patters day.

ReplyDeleteDid you know I made the most fun thing in the history of the world??? We made Lepricakes. Since we can`t wear green we made green pancakes!!We were able to learn math while we were baking. So we learned math and we wrote the recipe and the ingrediants and how to make it all together. I had to write all the stuff in a parigraph. When Mrs. Likfeld was spraying Pam it made me think of invisidle potatos!!!! I thought we would have to learn how to cook the pancakes but luckley I didn`t have to. Well I don`t know how to cook!!!!!:( I learned how to measure even more than I usely learn how to measure. I got to go up to the pancakes and we all talked about Matter. Matter is a Solid Liquid or a Gas. Learning about Matter is really fun!!!! You should try it sometime. I learned about temputure and how the heat gets hot!!! It rizes when the heat gets hot and if the heat lowers down then it will look like it ran out of breath or it will look like a computer that shut down it`s screen!!!!! My first pancake was humungies!!!!!!! I thought I wasn`t going to be able to eat 8 pancakes!!! ***I really didn`t eat 8 pancakes. I would be sick iff I ate 8 pancakes!!!! I tryed to remember everything I could and I had to vizulizized!!!!!!! I wrote alot of stuff!!! ***** I`m writing alot of stuff on the computer right now just like I did on my paper when I was writing. Now we are useing math this time.Well next wehad yo get one whole of a cup.It was so large.That was almost useing frackshens.This time we had to use wrighting. We had to wight the ingreedens.The ingreedens were,2 cups of p.mix,2 1/4 of water and 10 drops of food coler.The food coler was green.The last thing we use was sients.The thing that I am saying is that we used solid and liquid.At first it was a liquid.Then it turn into a solid.Did you know what it made it turn into a solid?It was the hite!It was fun telling you about this Can I tell you something?Did you know that math is everywere?
